Our team successfully completed two major projects at Ciment de Sibline, showcasing our expertise and capabilities. The first project focused on the repair and strengthening of the pre-heater tower, and the second project involved the construction of new downstream production facilities.
A – Strengthening and restoration of the pre-heater tower:
The pre-heater tower at Ciment de Sibline stands tall at an impressive height of 52 meters. When it came time for restoration and strengthening to meet new demands, our team was there to rise to the challenge.
We expertly undertook the strengthening of the tower’s vertical elements and beams, introducing new slabs and beams with custom openings to prepare for the installation of extra machinery and additional loads. All of this was done while maintaining proper scaffolding and propping for maximum safety.
Our biggest challenge yet was to deliver the project on time and to exacting specifications without any disruption to the functionality of the operational plant or its equipment. Thanks to our innovative shoring systems, scaffolding, and protections, we were able to protect and hold the equipment in place, ensuring it remained operational and intact during the rehabilitation works.
B – Newly erected downstream production facilities
Our team proudly completed the construction of an innovative cement material plant and downstream production facility spanning over 2,000 m². This impressive three-story building, complete with all necessary utilities and infrastructure, showcases our commitment to excellence in every aspect of construction. The facility includes top-of-the-line utilities buildings and a meticulously planned utilities network, as well as carefully crafted landscaping and access roads.
