This project includes an extension for the existing office that includes a multipurpose room, yoga/gym room and an outdoor area.
LEH handled all aspects of the project regarding excavation, electrical, interior and exterior lighting, HVAC system, heating system, finishing works, wooden and cabinetry works
Excavation and compaction works were executed in the desired area followed by reinforced concrete foundations works. A pergola was installed at the outdoor area for which ceiling was waterproofed and surrounded by waterproofed outdoor curtains. In addition to flooring and tiling works, the requested areas were fully furnished as per client request with adequate appliances and gym equipment.
