Liban Cables is a leading cable supplier in Lebanon and the Middle East, and LEH is proud to have worked on various medium-scale projects for them. Despite the challenges of working within a fully operational factory, we completed all our projects with the highest level of safety and professionalism.
Steel structure hangar
LEH constructed a steel structure hangar for Liban Cables, spanning over an impressive 700 m². This 13-meter high extension to the existing factory was built with exceptional precision and using only the highest quality materials and finishing.
Despite working within a fully functional factory, LEH’s team prioritized safety measures to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion.
Faraday Cage
LEH undertook excavation works, along with the dismantling of the existing hangar, for the construction of a Faraday Cage for Liban Cables. Concrete casting of the Faraday cage columns, footings, and necks were completed, followed by the casting of the slab on grade. Construction of a new steel structure hangar was also part of the project.
All the works were completed with extreme precision, especially since the structure cast was receiving machines imported from abroad. All the projects were completed within a fully functional factory and extreme safety measures.
Rigid Scanning and Armoring and Rewinding line machine
LEH undertook the construction of a foundation for the rigid scanning and armoring line and rewinding line machine for Liban Cables, with a high level of attention to detail and precision. The machines were imported from abroad, requiring an extremely high level of accuracy (up to the millimeters) during the works.
As always, all of our projects were completed within a fully functional factory and under strict safety measures.
